WHY LEADERSHIP FRONT ROYAL-WARREN COUNTY?
For Front Royal-Warren County to prosper, we need leaders who
really know the community – a diverse group of individuals from
all backgrounds and vocations, who will wrestle with the challenges facing
our community. The Leadership program was developed to give the
community’s emerging leaders the opportunity to develop a close
understanding of the issues at hand, to step inside the circle of
decision making and problem solving, to set ambitious goals for renewal,
and to harness the many resources of the community to achieve them.
